1 pc DOA, 1 pc operating transfer of title AFTER Dell Warranty had expired - horrible company PCRush

Purchased 2 identical PC's one was fine the second one was DOA both hard drives were bad and the unit was not what was ordered. Dell XPS 8700 - Purchased 2 identical PC's one works fine and the other was DOA. pcRUSH said contact manufacturer, manufacturer said pcRUSH has to fix and that they were not in our name. pcRUSH wouldn't do anything and did not transfer ownership until 9 months after purchase, after we repeatedly badgered them. The ownership was transferred to us AFTER the warranty expired. NEVER do business with these people, they do not stand behind what they sell. The one that was DOA wasn't what was ordered either.

PCRush - POOR, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I just got a computer Board in from PCRUSH, one hr ago, well the pens were missing from the 3.0 usb connector, call customer Service and was told had to wait 48 hrs to get RMA number. And to boot I had to pay for shipping, Well any way I spent $320.00, and got a broken board, and these Guys do not care one bit. So DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS< IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE SORRY. Trying to cancel a order through amazon

this order has not been shipped been trying to cancel for last 3 days.i have sent emails and my card has not been charged. they keep telling me the item has already shipped.i have been on the amazon website and it clearly has not shipped .it looks like you guys are waiting for this item to ship.the dates tell me that this should have been resolved so i can move on and place my new order.they tell me to refuse the order from the mailman .i am just trying to avoid further confusion.i need someone to help me out.

Shipped order not shipped

I spoke with a sales rep from PCRush and placed an order online for 2 printer that needed to be delivered to a hotel between April 10-12 for a conference on April 13-15. I was assured the printers were in stock and would ship from a warehouse one day shipping away and would arrive the next day in plenty of time. Well here it is the 12th with no printers. I called and was put on hold for ever until I finally and to call back and speak to someone in sales because when I was on hold for customer service, they just wanted me to leave a message. Long and short of it is they didn't ship until today and won't get there until Monday the last day of the conference. They didn't even have the decency to call and tell me after the guy said he would call me back in 5 min. They sent an email to let me know. Never ever order from this company. They give you bad information to get the order, and the customer service is terrible.
